“ There were three of us that had lunch today at Fusion. Our server was sweet and knowledgeable about the menu and guided us on the lunch menu. Very clean and positive vibes all around! We ordered: Hibachi Chicken- chicken had lots of flavor along with the rice. Hibachi Steak- the steak was cooked perfectly but needed a sauce so he used the pink sauce on the table. Basil Fried Rice with Fried Tofu- very favorable and delicious. However, the vegetables in our dishes tasted like they came out of the freezer and were not cut up from fresh even after sautée or stir frying them. Especially the carrots. That was disappointing. However, the portion sizes of all our dishes were HUGE and could serve 3-4 people per plate at only $10 each. Thus getting 4 stars instead of 3. Great place just needs some adjustments ”
